We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please ensure your request is raised within this timeframe, as we cannot accept requests after 7 days.

2. Size Issues (Exchange Only)

Found the fit a bit off? No worries. If you have a size issue, we will happily exchange the item for the correct size to ensure you get that perfect oversized or techwear silhouette.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Quality is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will provide a hassle-free replacement at no extra cost to you.

Pro Tip: To ensure a smooth process for damage claims, we strongly recommend recording a brief unboxing video when you first open your package.

4. Policy Conditions

• Unused and unwashed with all original tags attached.
• In the original packaging.

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
